That Lofoten Islands soccer pitch photo knocked me over. It inspired me to do more checking on that part of the world, and post a little about it. It's a welcome, temporary relief, so thank you for that and for all the other interesting links!

The link to Franklin Graham's slut-shaming of Kate Middleton reminded me of a story about an order of Catholic nuns. They were in the habit[snort] of bathing while wearing long cotton nightgowns. When asked by a visiting prelate why they took their baths while dressed in long sleepwear, the Mother Superior said that they did this so they would not give offense to God as he looked down upon the convent and the nuns who lived there. The prelate remarked that if the good Lord were able to look down upon the convent through the terra cotta tiled roof into the rooms where the modest nuns were bathing, surely he could see through their cotton robes.

God sees women's breasts all day long. Franklin Graham just sounds jealous.

Once again, you owe me a few hours, Infidel. Not only that, you are going to have to tell me how I can now live without those cityscape blinds!!

Hackwhacker: The Norwegian coast certainly is full of spectacular scenery!

Shaw: I've heard that story. The things these people get worked up about never make any real sense. I think people like Graham just have a deep-rooted psychological need to disapprove of things. If it wasn't how women dress, it would be something else.

Nonnie: I'm paying you back via scrutiny of your satirical images.....

I hope so too. I've always wanted to see it done properly. But even if it's not on TV, it will probably become available over the internet in some form.
