On the Bible having a different view of what we're made of, as described in Ezekiel 4:12,  “And thou shalt eat it as barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of man, in their sight.”

Note there is an escape clause for this situation: Ezekiel 4 :15  Then he said unto me, “Lo, I have given thee cow's dung for man's dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread therewith.”

The Lord of Hosts was really into dung, mentioning it many times in the Bible. For example, in Malachi 2:3 he said, “Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts . . .” So even holy dung was used.
